Cancellation Policies:

Real Estate Limelight Area Profiles are on a circannual subscription basis and will begin recurring billing each year until it is cancelled. To cancel your Area Profile, simply contact us and one of our representatives will be happy to remove you from any future recurring billing. You will be sent a confirmation of your cancellation via email. Because the nature of this service, when cancelling you may recieve a drop in search engine ranking of your website that is linked from your Area Profile within about 90 days. Real Estate Limelight and Limelight Department, LLC is not responsable for any impact that may arise when you cancel, fail to pay for or fail to renew your service. You may cancel at any time.

Return Policies:

We understand that sometimes a particular product you may order isn't exactly what you expected, and sometimes a shipping carrier may deliver a product damaged.

If you have cause to return a product we have shipped to you, please facilitate your return by following our policies:

• Customized or digital products and services may not be returned under any circumstances. This includes retainer payments.

• General physical products may be returned within 30 days (reversed through the same payment option you used to purchase).

• Return your product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (such as instructions, etc.).

• Ship your product back to us through your carrier of choice.

• Please provide a print out of your original order confirmation.

• Once we have received your product and have inspected it, we will notify you by email.

• We cannot reimburse return shipping costs.

• We must have confirmation of your original order.

• Some items may require a restocking and/or processing fee.
